Marginalia Science is a community (started by Pia Dietze, Ana Gantman, Laura Niemi and me) whose goal is to promote and learn about the work of social scientists who are not typically promoted by the status quo in academia. Marginalia Science is currently led by Eliana Hadjiandreou, Ivy Gilbert, Jordan Wylie, and Minjae Kim.

The main thing we do is send out a monthly newsletter highlighting the awesome work of our community. We also host events for people to get to meet and hang out.

We also wrote about why marginalized topics and perspectives are key to advancing science in Nature Human Behaviour.

You can learn more about us at marginaliascience.com, read about us in the SPSP Member Newsletter, or listen to an episode of the Stanford Psychology Podcast to hear from Eliana and Jordan.
